Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and any information collected by us will not be sold or given to anyone else. This includes information received via the website, by email or other direct contact from you. The only exception to this is that we use MailChimp to handle our newsletter subscriber list and the name and email address of anyone subscribed to the list will be on file with MailChimp. For more information about this, see "What legal basis..." below.

What information do we collect?
We collect personal information on our membership forms as follows: required fields: name, email; not required fields: telephone, physical address, gender, age, interest in theatre activities.

We collect your name and email address if you request to be on our mailing list.

How do we use personal information?
We use the information you send us on the membership forms to set up your membership account and to notify you of opportunities available in the theatrical activities you showed interest in.

What legal basis do we have for processing your personal data?
Our membership form has a checkbox about our privacy policy which you must tick before you can submit the form. A link to the Privacy & Cookie policy is available by clicking the Cookie consent link shown at the bottom of the screen and an additional link to the Privacy & Cookie policy is on the footer of all pages.

Our mailing list form, for which we use MailChimp, has a similar checkbox as stated above.

When do we share personal data?
We do not share your personal data with any third party other than MailChimp as mentioned above.

Where do we store and process personal data?
Our website server is located in the United Kingdom and all emails (including forms) go directly from webhost's server to a Gmail account that we use - they are not kept on the webmail server of the hosting account. We keep the enquiry forms on our computer and mobile phone for an indefinite period so that we can easily access them again if we need to review your information or to contact you again. A copy of the forms are also kept on our (secure) website database for a period of 3 months.

The mailing list is kept on the MailChimp secure server and you can find out about their privacy policy here: mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/.

Your rights in relation to personal data
You may, at any time, request that we remove all of your personal data from our computers and/or other devices as well as the website server. To do so, send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

ABOUT COOKIES:

OUR COOKIES:

We use one first party session cookie to establish authentication and aid in navigation. This cookie is very important to the smooth running of the website.

We have one first party persistent cookie which keeps track of whether you accept cookies or decline them.

We have one first party persistent cookie which is sometimes also a third party consistent cookie from Google which is used to facilitate the maps feature on a number of pages on the website. This is the NID cookie.

The only third party cookie we have is when, ocassionally, the NID cookie is used by Google (see above).
